Our store operates using a made-to-order fulfillment system powered by Shopify and Printful, allowing us to deliver high-quality custom apparel without overproduction or excess inventory.
1. How Orders Are Processed
When you place an order on our website, it is securely processed through Shopify, our ecommerce platform.
Shopify then automatically sends your order to Printful, our trusted production and fulfillment partner.
Printful prints, prepares, and packages your item before handing it off to their shipping carriers for delivery to you.
This process ensures every item is freshly made and professionally handled before it reaches you.
2. Processing and Production Time
Once your order is received by Printful, it enters production.
Production time:
Most items are printed, quality-checked, and packaged within 2–5 business days.
This step takes place before shipping and ensures your item meets quality standards.
3. Shipping and Delivery Times
After production is complete, your order is shipped using Printful’s carrier network.
Estimated shipping times:
Americas (USA, Canada, Mexico, etc.)
3–14 business days
International (outside the Americas)
7–21 business days
Most customers receive their order within one week after it ships.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, tracking may be available depending on your location and shipping carrier.
If tracking is unavailable or you have questions about your order, you can refer to our Contact Us page and provide:

5. Delays and Support
Because our products are made to order and shipped through third-party partners, delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, customs, or weather.

If a package is lost in transit or delivered incorrectly, we will work with Printful and the shipping carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue.
